The next generation of physical media
See it. Believe it. Become it.
Manifest Mirror is a mirror-format display with a camera. A guest steps in front of it and sees themselves — their own face, their own posture — transformed live into a brand world. Not a photo, not a filter: continuous video, running in the room, in real time.
The platform
One mirror in the room. A whole network behind it.
The unit is the part people see. Behind it sits a real-time engine, a creative studio, an operations layer, a marketplace and an agent layer — six layers that let one brand world run across many venues at once.
What we build
Six layers, one medium
Each layer stands on its own and is documented on its own page. Together they turn a single installation into infrastructure: a world built once, published to every mirror in the network.
Manifest Mirror
The physical interface. A mirror-format display with a front-facing camera, five formats, nine UI looks and a ninety-second session by default. Kiosk mode runs it unattended.
The unitManifest Engine
The intelligence layer. A real-time generative video engine with identity lock: wardrobe, setting and lighting change while face, proportions and expression stay exactly as they are.
How it rendersManifest Studio
The creative layer. A brand world is ten moments a guest can move between. Studio is where worlds are designed, tested on a real mirror and published to venues.
Build a worldManifest OS
Operations across venues. Fleet health, central configuration, content distribution, offline precache and retention policy — session length set once, applied everywhere.
Run the fleetManifest Market
Brands, venues and experiences, matched. Campaigns booked onto mirrors by location, time and audience, with reporting on sessions, completions and recordings delivered.
The marketplaceManifest Agents
Intelligence connecting people with possibilities. After the session, the recording can carry the next step — the product in the look worn, the ticket, the destination. Consent first.

Identity lock
Your face stays your face
Generative video fails the moment the guest becomes someone else. Manifest Engine pins identity first and last in the prompt stack, so the person in the mirror is unmistakably the person in the room.
- Preserved. Face, skin tone, age, expression and body proportions.
- Transformed. Wardrobe, setting, lighting and atmosphere.
- Two modes. Outfit only keeps the real room behind the guest; full world replaces it. The venue decides.
- Transparent. Guests are told they are seeing AI-generated video.

Real time
From camera to mirror in one glance
There is no capture, no wait, no reveal. The guest looks up and the transformation is already there, moving as they move. That single beat is what makes people stop, and what makes them stay for the full session.
- Continuous video. A live stream, not a still image with effects.
- Ninety seconds. Long enough to try three moments, short enough to keep a queue moving. Configurable centrally.
- Five formats. 9:16, 3:4, 1:1, 4:3 and 16:9, so the unit fits the window, the wall or the counter.
- Nine looks. Gold, Platinum, Noir, Atelier, Pulse, Blueprint, Bridal, Concierge and Play.
Cinema world — lobby installation
Phone as remote
Pair by QR, leave with the memory
The guest never touches a shared screen if they would rather not. A QR code pairs their phone at qr.manifestmirror.com and turns it into the remote for the session: switch outfits, change moments, end early.
- No app. The remote opens in the phone browser.
- Switch mid-session. Ten moments per world, changed on the fly.
- Recording by email. Delivered after the session, so the guest takes the moment home.
- Short-lived by design. Recordings are deleted automatically after seven days, email deliveries after thirty.
Where it works
Eight kinds of room, one gesture
Anywhere people already stand still for a moment — a shop window, a museum foyer, a cinema lobby, a trade-show aisle, a hotel reception — the mirror gives them something before it asks for anything.
Retail & flagship
Try-on without the fitting room. Outfit-only mode keeps the real store in frame.
Explore
Museums & culture
Visitors step into the exhibition instead of reading about it, and take the proof home.
Explore
Cinema & entertainment
The lobby becomes part of the release. The guest becomes the hero of it.
Explore
Events & trade shows
The booth people queue for — and a delivered recording means a lead with consent.
Explore
Hospitality & travel
Sell the destination in the lobby, at the moment the decision is actually made.
Explore
Sports & lifestyle
Put fans in the kit on matchday, in the fan shop, at the training ground.
Explore
Luxury & beauty
Occasion dressing, instantly. Hushed UI looks for boutiques and private appointments.
Explore
Agencies & brands
Brief to live in days. Build the world once, book the mirrors, report on participation.

Seven worlds. Ten moments each.
A brand world is not a single effect. It is ten moments a guest can move between inside one session — which is why people stay for the full ninety seconds and ask for another turn.
Brand worlds are demonstration concepts built for the Manifest Mirror platform; they do not imply a commercial relationship with the brands shown.
Media should give something to the person in front of it before it asks for their attention. That is the whole idea: value first, then the message.

How it works
Four steps, ninety seconds
No staff needed at the unit, no app to install, nothing for the guest to configure.
-
Attract
The mirror runs its attract loop in kiosk mode, fullscreen, with all assets precached so it keeps running even if the network drops.
-
Pair
The guest scans the QR code to pair their phone at qr.manifestmirror.com, or simply touches the screen. Consent is given before the camera is used.
-
Transform
The session starts. The guest sees themselves in the brand world and switches moments and outfits from the phone for the full ninety seconds.
-
Take it home
The recording is assembled and sent by email. Recordings are deleted after seven days, deliveries after thirty.
