The booth people queue for

A hall full of stands competes for the same glance. Manifest Mirror gives the visitor something back before it asks for anything: they step in front of it and see themselves as the founder, the pioneer, the speaker. Ninety seconds later the recording is in their inbox, because they asked for it.

The problem with stands

Everyone has a screen. Nobody stops.

Show floors are saturated with displays showing loops that no visitor has asked to see. The scarce thing is not impressions. It is a reason to stand still, and a reason to leave a name behind.

01

Footfall without memory

Visitors walk the aisle, glance, and forget. Nothing leaves the hall with them except a tote bag. A stand needs an artefact, not a loop.

02

Leads without permission

Badge scans collect contacts who never agreed to a conversation. The follow-up email lands cold. Consent given in exchange for something wanted behaves differently.

03

Demos nobody films

The best stand moment is the one a visitor shows a colleague afterwards. Most stands give them nothing worth showing.

From attraction to lead

The queue is the campaign

Two mechanics do the work: a transformation that people want to watch, and a delivery that people want to receive.

A trade-show visitor transformed in the mirror into a stage-lit founder Summit world, moment: Founder

The attraction

A crowd that builds itself

The mirror runs an attract loop until someone steps into frame. Then the transformation happens live, in continuous video, with the guest's own face and expression preserved. The people watching over the guest's shoulder are the next guests.

  • No app, no download. The visitor touches the screen or scans a QR code with their phone.
  • Identity lock. Face, proportions and expression stay theirs. Wardrobe, setting and lighting change around them.
  • Switching mid-session. Guests move between moments during the 90 seconds, so the queue watches several worlds, not one.
  • Two modes. Outfit only keeps the real stand in the background; full world replaces it entirely.
Summit moment: a visitor as a founder on stage Recording delivered by email after the session

The lead

A contact given, not taken

The recording is assembled after the session and sent by email. The guest types the address because they want the file. That is an opt-in in the plainest sense: a person who wanted something from your stand and said where to send it.

  • Consent before the camera. The guest agrees before the session starts, and sees an AI notice.
  • One clean field. Email for delivery; anything beyond that is an explicit extra step the guest can decline.
  • Short retention. Recordings are deleted automatically after 7 days, email deliveries after 30 days.
  • Reportable. Sessions, completions and recordings delivered are counted per unit and per day.

The Summit world

Ten roles, one face

Summit is the brand world built for conferences and trade shows: the visitor as the person the hall is full of ambitions to become. Ten moments, switchable inside a single session.

A show world can also be built for your event. Manifest Studio designs the moment set, the wardrobe references and the look, then publishes it to the units on your stand.

Formats that fit the stand

Choose the unit the aisle can see

Five mirror formats cover the usual stand geometries. The format is set per venue, so the same brand world runs on a free-standing portrait unit in the aisle and a wall unit behind the counter.

9:16 portraitFree-standing unit at the aisle edge. Full body in frame, visible across the hall. The default attraction unit for a stand of any size.
3:4 portraitNarrower footprint for corridor stands and pop-up activations where floor space is measured in centimetres.
1:1 counterSits on the counter or bar at eye height. Head and shoulders, for conversations that are already happening.
4:3 landscapeAbove a demo table, where two people should fit in frame together.
16:9 wallBack-wall unit that doubles as the stand's headline surface while the attract loop runs.
Session90 seconds by default, set centrally for every unit on the stand and changed without touching the hardware.
LookNine UI looks; Blueprint suits conference and industrial brands, Pulse suits sport and consumer launches.

A session every two minutes per unit during peak hours is a reasonable planning figure for stand staffing. It is an illustrative target for capacity planning, not a measured result.

Show logistics

Built for a build-up day

Trade-show timelines are unforgiving. The unit is designed to arrive, power up and run without a technician living on your stand.

  1. Ship

The unit travels in a flight case to the hall. Tell us the stand number, the build-up window and the power position; we handle the rest of the paperwork with your stand builder.

  2. Set up in 30 minutes

One power connection, one network connection, camera at eye height. The kiosk boots into fullscreen, pairs with the venue configuration and starts the attract loop.

  3. Run

Staff need no training beyond pointing at the mirror. Session length, look and moment set are configured centrally and can be changed between show days.

  4. Report

After the show you receive the counts that matter: sessions started, sessions completed, recordings delivered, busiest hours per day.

Commercial models

Rent it for the show, or keep it

Most events start as a rental. Brands running a season of shows move to a fleet. Pricing is on request in every case.

SH

Single show

One or more units for the run of the event, with the Summit world or a world built for your campaign. Delivery, set-up, remote monitoring and the post-show report included.

Questions from event teams

Before the build-up

One power connection, one network connection and floor space for the unit, with the camera at eye height. Free-standing portrait units want roughly two metres of clear floor in front of them so the guest can see their full body. Even lighting on the guest's face improves the result; hard spotlights directly overhead do not.

Around 30 minutes from flight case to attract loop, once power and network are in place. We recommend a run-through on the evening of build-up so the stand team has seen a full session before the doors open.

The guest enters an email address so the recording can be delivered. Consent is collected before the camera starts and covers what happens to the footage. Handling, retention and processor agreements are described under privacy and compliance; recordings are deleted after 7 days and email deliveries after 30 days.

The kiosk precaches its interface and attract assets, so the unit keeps running and looking finished through a network interruption. Live sessions need the connection, which is why we ask for a dedicated line rather than shared hall wifi wherever the venue offers one.

Yes. Manifest Studio designs the moment set, the wardrobe references and the look around your campaign, tests it on a mirror and publishes it to your units. Plan roughly ten days from brief to live, and longer if the wardrobe references need to be produced from scratch.

Yes. Scanning the QR code pairs the phone with the unit at qr.manifestmirror.com, and the phone becomes the remote for choosing moments and outfits. It keeps hands off the shared screen and lets the guest browse the world while standing in frame.

Brand worlds shown on this page are demonstration concepts built for the Manifest Mirror platform. They do not imply a commercial relationship with any company shown.
