04 — Operations across venues

A fleet of mirrors, run like one.

Manifest OS is the infrastructure that keeps every mirror presenting, configured and current: central policy, content distribution, health and kiosk operation, from one unit to a network.

1Policy for all units
7 daysRecording retention
KioskUnattended mode
OfflinePrecached worlds

Built for unattended

A mirror in a museum lobby has no operator.

So the unit locks into fullscreen kiosk mode, precaches every world it might show, keeps its attract loop running through a network drop, and takes its configuration from the centre. Staff never touch the machine after installation.

Central policy

Policy

Set it once. Every mirror follows.

Session length, environment mode and looks are policies, not per-unit settings. A change made with the venue password applies across the fleet within seconds.

  • Global session limit. Ninety seconds by default, adjustable centrally.
  • Environment toggle. Outfit-only or full world per fleet.
  • Password-protected. Only the venue changes policy.
Content distribution

Content

Worlds arrive before they are needed.

Every asset a mirror can show is precached on the unit. New worlds and moments are pushed ahead of a campaign so the first session is as fast as the last.

  • Offline attract loop. Presenting continues without a connection.
  • Versioned pushes. Roll back a world in one step.
  • Brotli-compressed delivery. Small updates, fast installs.
Retention

Data lifecycle

Automatic clean-up, by policy.

Recordings are removed after seven days, email deliveries after thirty. The sweep runs hourly on every deployment. There is nothing for a venue to remember to delete.

  • Seven days. Session recordings.
  • Thirty days. Delivery records.
  • Hourly sweep. Not a manual task.

Operations, handled

Four steps from crate to campaign.

  1. Install

One power connection, one network connection, camera at eye height.

  2. Pair

The unit joins the fleet and pulls its look, format and policy.

  3. Publish

Worlds precache overnight; the mirror is campaign-ready by morning.

  4. Monitor

Health, session counts and delivery status from the centre.

Questions

What venues and brands ask first.

Our field team or a certified partner. A site check happens before delivery; setup takes a morning.

Yes. Session counts, completions and deliveries per mirror are available to the venue and, for booked campaigns, to the brand.

Kiosk mode locks the interface; policy and content are pulled from the centre, so a reboot restores the intended state.

Yes. An operator sees all fleets; policies can be set per fleet or globally.

Next step

See yourself in it. Then decide.
