Every Manifest Mirror is a mirror-format display with a camera, built to belong to the room it stands in. Three unit families, five formats, one power feed and one network connection.
The unit
Hardware that earns its floor space
A guest should read the unit as a mirror before they read it as technology. That decides everything else: the glass, the camera position, the light around it and the way a venue installs it. There is no rack, no rigging and no control room — the intelligence lives in Manifest Engine and Manifest OS, not in the furniture.
Unit families
Three shapes, one behaviour
The families differ in format and placement, never in what the guest gets. The same brand worlds, the same identity lock, the same 90-second session run on all three.
Unit // 001 — flagship portrait
The free-standing 9:16 unit. Full-length, life-size, made for shop windows, flagship entrances and lobbies where a guest arrives on foot and sees themselves at once. This is the unit most people picture when they hear the word mirror.
Retail placementsWall unit
Landscape, 16:9 or 4:3, mounted above a counter, a bar or a corridor. The wide frame holds a group, so couples and families appear in the same world together and the queue watches the transformation happen.
Lobby placementsCounter unit
Square or 3:4, on a booth counter, a plinth or an appointment table. Head and shoulders, close range, easy to ship and easy to staff — the format that travels to trade shows and pop-ups.

One socket, one route to the network.
Installation
One power feed. One network connection.
A unit should be as easy to place as a piece of display furniture. Nothing about the installation asks the venue to change its building.
- Single power. The unit runs from one standard socket. No rack, no rigging, no separate media player to find space for.
- Single network. One connection to the internet, wired or wireless. The mirror needs no local server and no second device on the floor.
- Kiosk from boot. The interface is a PWA that opens fullscreen and locked, runs attract mode between guests and returns to it by itself.
- Offline precache. Interface and attract assets are cached on the unit, so the frame keeps working if the line wavers.
The lens sits where the guest already looks.
Siting
Eye height, honest light.
Identity lock is a software promise, but it is kept or broken by physics. Where the camera sits and where the light comes from decide how good the first second looks.
- Camera at eye height. Mounted so the guest looks at themselves, not up or down at a lens. The gaze stays in the mirror.
- Light the guest, not the glass. Even, frontal light beats a single hard source. Spots aimed at the surface wash out the image.
- Nothing bright behind them. A window or a spotlight directly behind the guest fights the camera and flattens the face.
- Room to step back. Leave clear floor so a guest sees themselves in full and onlookers can watch without crowding the frame.
Formats
Five formats, chosen by the room
Format is a placement decision, not a product decision. Every brand world plays in all five, and the format of each unit is set per venue in Manifest OS.

Nine UI looks — Gold, Platinum, Noir, Atelier, Pulse, Blueprint, Bridal, Concierge and Play — are assigned per venue and per unit, independently of the format.
From site check to first guest
Installed in a morning, live by lunch
Most of the work happens before the unit arrives. The site check settles format, look, power, network and sightlines, so the day of delivery is placement and pairing rather than problem-solving.
- Site check
A walk-through or a set of photos. We agree the placement, the format, the light, the socket and the network route, then reserve the look for the venue.
- Delivery
The unit ships configured for that venue. Format, look and the first brand world are set before it leaves, so nothing is decided on the shop floor.
- Setup in a morning
Position, power, network, pair, lock into kiosk mode. A quick light check in front of the glass, then a test session end to end.
- Handover
Staff learn three things: how attract mode behaves, how the QR remote works and what to do if a guest asks where the recording went. That is the whole routine.

The unit is the same either way. What changes is who holds it, for how long, and who runs the operations around it.
Rental
For a special exhibition, a release window, a trade-show run or a pop-up. The unit arrives configured, we handle setup and collection, and the brand world is built for the period. Suited to venues testing the format before committing a permanent placement.
Campaign packagesPurchase
For permanent installations: flagship stores, museums, hotel lobbies, stadium fan shops. The unit stays, the worlds rotate. Manifest OS keeps the fleet configured centrally, so a second and a tenth unit cost the venue no extra routine.

Questions
Before the unit ships
No. It needs a wall or a floor position, a socket, a network route and clear floor in front of it. Units work in shop windows, lobbies and corridors — places where people already walk past a mirror and slow down.
The mirror surface, display and camera are supplied and configured together. Identity lock depends on a known camera position and a known relationship between lens, glass and guest, which is why the unit is treated as one calibrated object rather than a screen with software on it.
Attract mode and the interface keep running from the offline precache, so the unit never shows a broken page to the floor. A live transformation needs the connection; if it goes during a session, the unit returns to attract mode and the guest can start again when the line is back.
Yes. Manifest OS treats them as a fleet: session length, brand world and look are set once and apply to every unit, while format stays a per-unit property. Adding a second mirror adds no second routine for the staff.
No. The camera is used for the session the guest consents to. Recordings are deleted automatically after seven days and email deliveries after thirty; no biometric templates are stored. The full position is set out on the privacy page.
Our field operations team, or the Founding 10 partner holding the territory. Configuration and diagnostics are remote, so maintenance on site is largely physical: keep the glass and the lens clean, keep the light in front of the guest.
