Brand world / Demonstration concept

Athlete for a minute.

A guest walks past the shop window. Ninety seconds later they are on the piste, in the lane, under the floodlights — wearing the collection, with their own face and their own posture. The store never leaves the mirror.

The world

Sport is the easiest thing to imagine yourself into.

Nobody has to explain a starting block. Sport already carries the posture, the kit and the ambition, which makes it the fastest brand world to read in a mirror. Ten moments cover ten disciplines, and a guest can move through several of them inside a single session.

Nike is a demonstration concept built in Manifest Studio to show what the format does on a retail floor. It is not a client engagement and implies no commercial relationship.

Ten moments

One face, ten disciplines.

Each moment is a scene, a garment reference, a prompt and an ambient video. The guest switches between them from their phone; the transformation continues as live video, never a still.

Mode

Outfit only keeps the store in the picture

This world is built for the retail default. The camera keeps the real room — shelves, light, the friend standing beside them — and changes only what the guest is wearing. It reads as a fitting room rather than a special effect, and the product stays the subject.

  • Real background. The store is the set, so the look belongs to a place the guest can shop in.
  • Full world on request. The same ten moments can transform the setting as well, for windows and events.
  • Set per venue. The mode is a venue setting, not a guest choice, and can be changed centrally.
  • Identity locked. Face, proportions and expression are preserved in both modes.

In session

Three sports in ninety seconds

The phone is the remote. After pairing by QR code the guest scrolls the ten moments with their thumb, and the mirror follows in real time. Most people try three before the session ends — which is exactly what ninety seconds is sized for.

  • Pair by QR. Scanning at qr.manifestmirror.com hands control to the guest's own phone.
  • No app. The remote runs in the browser; nothing is installed.
  • Switch freely. Moments can be changed as often as the guest likes within the session.
  • Queue keeps moving. A fixed session length makes throughput predictable on a busy floor.

UI look

Pulse — built for noise and motion.

Each world ships with a UI look: the typography, colour and rhythm of the on-screen interface. Pulse is the sport look — high contrast, fast transitions, large touch targets that survive a busy store and a queue of people watching over a shoulder.

Session narrative

What actually happens on the floor.

The whole interaction is designed to be understood from three metres away, without staff and without instructions.

  1. Attract

The mirror runs its ambient loop: kit, movement, the Pulse interface inviting a scan. Passers-by see other people's transformations before they see the offer.

  2. Scan or touch

The guest scans the QR code to pair their phone, or simply touches the mirror. A short AI notice and consent step comes before the camera starts.

  3. Ninety seconds

They pick a discipline and watch themselves change — live, continuously, with their own face. Two or three more moments usually follow before the timer runs out.

  4. Recording by email

The session is assembled and sent to the address the guest entered on their phone. They leave with the file; the store keeps the floor clear.

A guest transformed into a runner, framed as the recording they take home The souvenir is a video of the guest, not an advertisement.

What they take home

A file worth keeping

The recording is the point. It is a video of the guest as an athlete, in the collection, in a place they recognise — the kind of thing people send to one person before they post it to anyone. The brand travels because the guest wants the clip, not because the clip asks to be shared.

  • Delivered by email. No account, no download queue at the mirror, nothing to install.
  • The guest owns it. The recording is theirs to keep, delete or share.
  • Short retention. Recordings are deleted automatically after seven days, email deliveries after thirty.
  • Consent first. Nothing is captured before the guest agrees, and children only with a guardian.

Where this world fits

Two floors, one brand world.

A world built once in Manifest Studio runs anywhere on the network. The sport set is written for retail and for fan venues, with the same ten moments and different placements.

01

Retail & flagship

A 9:16 unit in the window or at the entrance, outfit-only mode, the collection on the guest instead of on a mannequin. Try-on without a fitting room and without stock on the floor.

02

Sports & lifestyle

Fan shops, stadium concourses and fitness venues, where the point is the kit and the crowd. Full-world mode puts the guest in the arena on matchday.

Build your own

Ten moments, one look, one mode: that is a brand world. Manifest Studio builds them from a brief and publishes them to every mirror in the network.
